El Chef Pablo fue contratado por mi familia y yo por una semana en Jaco. Preparaba la cena todas las noches y el desayuno la mayor\u00eda de los d\u00edas y algunos almuerzos.
El chef Pablo y su asistente fueron profesionales, puntuales, compraron todos los comestibles, limpiaron toda la cocina y nos dieron comidas maravillosamente preparadas.
Le dimos la direcci\u00f3n de comidas m\u00e1s saludables con ensaladas y alimentos m\u00ednimamente fritos y cumpli\u00f3 con esa solicitud. Se proporcion\u00f3 postre cuando se solicit\u00f3, tambi\u00e9n se prepararon aperitivos en algunas ocasiones y toda la comida estaba deliciosa.<\/p>

The Costa Rica Chef prepared 2 meals for us while in Esterillos Oeste on vacation. Both dinners were prepared and served by Jose and were excellent. The first night we did a fresh catch and the second night was a Mexican style meal. They were prepared from scratch and very flavorful. I loved the fact that Jose made himself at home in our Airbnb and needed absolutely no assistance or guidance from us. Jose was really friendly and even shared some of his culinary secrets. Pablo was the main contact for all the preparations and was quick and thorough over email prior to our vacation travels making it so much easier on us when we arrived. As part of a few rest in Los Sue\u00f1os, I decided to hire Pablo Turel services  as a private chef.\nThe process was very quick and easy, always very kind and professional with me. Of course, it's better to contact him in advance, because he and his team usually have a busy agenda.\nI had some particular requirements, because I'm a bit picky eater, but all my requests were satisfied. As well as the times of the meals to be served, because I'm very punctual, and everything went in the best way.\nPablo and Bel\u00e9n made sure that the presentation, quality and flavor of the food were splendid in each service.\nI really liked the Surf & Turf with lobster, the Argentinian BBQ  had a lot of variety, the curry with shrimp was very good too. ChefPablo and his crew have 5 stars for a reason. We were a group of 9, celebrating my mom's 60th birthday and wanted to take the burden of cooking off everyone's plate so we could spend the time enjoying each others company instead. This felt like a splurge for our thrifty family, but everyone would agree, this was the highlight of our trip and worth every penny!\n\nWe had dinner cooked for us everyday, mainly by Chef Jose and a couple days by Chef Diana, and the food and service were both amazing! They were friendly, accommodating to our dietary preferences and allergies, and all meals were out of this world.
