Cooking for over 20 years, Chef Belen’s culinary experience includes 5 star restaurants such as The Four Seasons, Marriott, Hilton and Best Western. Belen enjoys the artistic side of cooking incorporating many different flavors, textures, and dimensions to each one of his creations. While he enjoys cooking almost all types of dishes, one of his specialities is making sushi!
