Pablo Turel, has worked in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 19 years and as a private chef for the last 10 years. From his roots in Argentina, blended with the flavors of meats and Italian cuisine, and his time working in hotels such as Hilton, he has been exposed to a diverse palette of flavors, techniques, and lifestyles, which he meticulously strives to incorporate into each dish.
